Our accredited testing laboratory offers over 500 test procedures, including 64 accredited methods in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. In our 1,250 m² laboratory, we develop formulations, analyze materials, and support you from raw material testing to product qualification. Chemical analysis

Our laboratory offers comprehensive preparative and instrumental analysis for the identification and quantification of additives, stabilizers, and heavy metals. Physical and mechanical tests

We test the mechanical performance of your materials and components—from hardness and impact strength (Charpy, IZOD, Dynstat) to tensile, compressive, and flexural properties. Compounding & sample production

Our compounding unit enables the production of sample quantities (up to 20 kg/h) with the option of upscaling. We offer extrusion, coextrusion, and injection molding of samples and sample plates in accordance with current standards - ideal for development, validation, and quality assurance.
