Whether for automobiles, household appliances, or furniture: we develop your individual formula precisely according to your requirements. With over 60 years of experience and our own compounding plant with local production in Velen, Germany, we guarantee quality, availability, and short transport distances. Our plant is part of the Meraxis Group and produces exclusively for our customers with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons - flexibly, efficiently, and sustainably. Our certified R&D department provides you with expert advice - even on recyclates such as PIR, PCR, or regrind. Together, we design your circular economy to be emission-optimized and future-proof.
Polypropylene compounds – versatile and adaptable
Our PP portfolio offers maximum flexibility: from mineral- and glass fiber-reinforced types to elastomer-modified variants and flame-retardant solutions. Whether talc, chalk, glass beads, or glass fiber—we combine fillers individually and enable filling degrees of up to 70%. Special requirements such as UV, heat, copper, or washing lye stabilization, as well as coloring according to RAL or Pantone, can also be easily implemented. The result is tailor-made PP compounds for injection molding and extrusion—high-performance, stable, and precisely tailored to your application.
Recycling compounds – sustainable and high-performance
We support the circular economy with customized recycled compounds. Whether PIR or PCR - we process all types of recycled materials and, depending on requirements, can even achieve a recycled content of up to 100% in the polymer component. Emission-optimized solutions are also part of our portfolio. This is how we combine sustainability with technical performance - tailored to your specific application.
Soft PVC – flexible, versatile, customizable
Our soft PVC compounds are as individual as your requirements. Whether crystal clear, cold-flexible, flame-retardant, or containing blowing agents - we offer tailor-made solutions with Shore hardnesses ranging from A 45 to 98 and D to 50. Coloring according to RAL or Pantone is possible, as is the integration of recycled materials. This results in flexible materials for a wide range of applications – reliable, stabilized, and sustainable on request.
Additional compounds – variety for your requirements
In addition to PP and soft PVC, we offer a wide range of other compounds for a variety of applications. These include TPES, ABS, SAN, ASA, PS, PC, PMMA, HDPE, LDPE, and PP/PA blends - each individually colored, stabilized, and, if desired, supplemented with fillers or additives. Our solutions are as flexible as your requirements: whether impact-resistant, UV-resistant, or flame-retardant - we develop the right material for your application.
