Invoicing information in the Meraxis customer portal

We want to make the cooperation with our customers even easier in the future. Therefore, we have given our customer portal an update. 

From now on, our customers can access information about their invoices in the Meraxis customer portal - transparently, simply and clearly. So far, it was already possible to track all details of orders and contracts: from status to quantity to order value and level of contract utilization. All important information is visible at a glance. Technical documents can also be downloaded easily and quickly directly from the portal. And in addition, the customer can find market information on the most important raw materials in one place.

Now we take the next step: an additional menu item "Finances" displays the current status of invoices and the status of payments. This way, the customer not only finds all important information and statuses at any time, but can also download the invoice documents directly. He also receives automated payment reminders if an invoice is forgotten - if he wishes to do so.
